Tue, January 3, 2006 - 9:22 PMStayed at Arturos. GC is an amazingly enchanted place. The springs were great, the people were amazing, and the hiking.....ahhhhh the hiking was unbelievable. I saw amazing cliffs, triple layered cold pools, waterfalls, beachlike spots covered in palm trees...... I HIGHLY recommend it! Also make sure ya find the playa road-- it's MUCH easier than taking the washboard road we took in. -

Wed, January 25, 2006 - 12:44 PMI love Guadalupe Canyon! I did an herb class there a couple of years ago that was so amazing... the petroglyphs, the rocks... and amazing swarm of bees... we harvested copal to burn for insense.
Would love to go back again.
My friend Jane Bothwell takes a group every year if you are interested I can get her contact info to you!

Sat, October 20, 2007 - 6:38 PMHey, I just noticed that this original post was from 2005. I wonder if Aimee is still in this tribe? Does everyone know that GC had a fire, and almost all the palm trees burned, and most of the palapas and buildings. bummer!
